Returns Policy

1. Return Eligibility and Timeframe

DIGIPEAK SOLUTIONS LIMITED stands behind the quality of the products we ship. To be eligible for a return, an item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original, undamaged packaging with all tags, labels, and protective covers intact. You have a period of 14 calendar days from the date you receive the shipment to initiate a return request. This policy is designed to provide a reasonable window for inspection while protecting our business from the resale of used goods. Items that are explicitly marked as “Final Sale,” “Non-returnable,” or are perishable in nature, such as certain food items or personalized goods, are not eligible for return under any circumstances. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on intimate apparel, swimwear, or earrings unless they are received faulty.

2. Return Initiation Process: Required Steps

To initiate a return, you must first contact our customer service department to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number. This mandatory step ensures your return is logged in our system and can be processed efficiently upon arrival. Please email [email protected] with your original order number and a detailed explanation for the return. Our team will review your request and, if approved, issue you an RMA number along with detailed instructions for mailing the return. Returns received without a valid RMA number will not be processed and may be refused at our warehouse. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is a result of our error or a defective product. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable and insured shipping service for your return, as DIGIPEAK SOLUTIONS LIMITED cannot be held responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit.

3. Inspection, Refunds, and Exchanges

Once your return is received and inspected at our Hong Kong distribution center, we will send you an email to notify you of the status. We will examine the item to confirm it meets all eligibility criteria outlined in Section 1. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment used for the purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be posted to your account, though the timing may vary depending on your financial institution. The original cost of standard outbound shipping is non-refundable. If you selected an expedited shipping method, only the equivalent cost of standard shipping will be deducted from your refund. Exchanges for a different size or color are subject to product availability. To request an exchange, please indicate this in your initial return request; if the desired item is available, we will guide you through the specific exchange procedure.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

In the event you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. You must provide your order number and clear photographic or video evidence of the issue. We will cover all return shipping costs for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error. Upon confirmation of the issue, we will, at your discretion, arrange for a replacement shipment at no extra cost or provide a full refund, including the original shipping charges.
