Our primary network includes Hong Kong Post, DHL Express, and FedEx. The specific carrier assigned to your order is automatically selected by our system based on a complex algorithm that considers the destination country, the total packaged weight and dimensions of your shipment, and the shipping service level you selected during checkout. We continuously monitor carrier performance metrics to ensure an optimal balance between delivery speed, cost efficiency, and handling reliability. Please be aware that shipping to certain remote, restricted, or politically unstable destinations may be unavailable; this will be clearly indicated during the checkout process before you finalize your payment.
3. Shipping Cost Structure and Delivery Timeframe Estimates
Shipping costs are separate from product prices and are the financial responsibility of the customer. The exact shipping cost is calculated in real-time during the checkout process. This calculation is based on the precise shipping destination, the total volumetric and actual weight of the packaged items, and the selected service level. We typically offer two distinct shipping tiers:

It is important to understand that this service often relies on a combination of air and surface mail and may involve a final handover to your local national postal service upon arrival in the destination country.
Expedited Courier Shipping: For faster and more reliable delivery, customers may select an expedited service such as DHL or FedEx. Delivery under this option typically occurs within 5 to 12 business days. All provided delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays can occur due to factors outside our direct control, including adverse weather conditions, air traffic disruptions, customs inspection hold-ups, and local postal service inefficiencies.
4. Order Tracking and Lost Shipment Protocol
Upon the physical handover of your package to the shipping carrier, our system will automatically generate and send a shipment confirmation email to the address you provided. This email will contain your unique tracking number and a direct hyperlink to the carrier’s official tracking portal. Please allow between 12 to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active and visible within the carrier’s system. If your tracking information shows no movement or update for a consecutive period of 15 business days after the dispatch date, or if the estimated delivery timeframe has been exceeded by a significant margin, you must contact our customer service team at [email protected]. We will then initiate a formal trace investigation with the carrier on your behalf. Please be aware that a shipment is not officially classified as “lost” by the carrier until a specific investigation period, typically 30 business days for economy services, has elapsed.
